Cancellation and return policy.
After the customer completes the purchase of the selected items, he can cancel before being notified that his order has been prepared and shipped by Khairat Al Jannatayn.

- The customer is not entitled to cancel the order after the order has been prepared and shipped.

- In the event of cancellation by the customer, he will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and 70% will be returned to him from the invoice only after deducting the shipping costs.

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused.

The customer bears the shipping costs upon return.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 5 working days.
